What to expect:

A little bump can occur on your injection sites that may persist for less than 1 hour.

Bruising and bleeding may occur at injection sites. Minimize this by avoiding alcohol, caffeine, aspirin or NSAIDs before your treatment.

Headaches are a rare side effect.

Onset for Botox and Xeomin can be seen within 3 days, but the final result will be at 2 weeks.

Onset for Dysport can be seen as soon as 1 day, but the final result will be at 2 weeks.

Caring for your skin:

Avoid touching or massaging the treatment areas for 24 hours

Stay upright for at least 4 hours

Avoid strenuous activity/exercise or heat exposure for 24 hours

You may apply ice if there is swelling or discomfort.
